World Finance, the London-based financial and banking industry magazine, has named Arab National Bank “Best Retail Bank in Saudi Arabia, 2018.”
Dr. Robert Eid, managing director and CEO of Arab National Bank, expressed pride in this achievement after its efforts to invest in cutting-edge technology and match suitable products with ideal delivery channels to offer innovative services.
“It has always been our top priority to develop the branch network, ATM and POS channels, to upgrade alternative delivery channels, and to keep pace with digital transformation. To enhance self-service solutions, and interactive banking, ANB has recently inaugurated its first smart branch in Riyadh according to the latest international banking systems,” Eid added.
World Finance grants annual awards to banking and investment sectors around the globe through a panel of judges comprising an elite group of subject matter experts. Determination of the winners for this year was based on a set of core standards, including the institution’s ability to return sustainable, consistent growth rates, plan effectively, innovate new products and services, and enrich customer relationship and experience.
