The Sofia Alaoui-directed Moroccan film follows a young shepherd who encounters a supernatural phenomenon when he is forced to brave the snow to save his cattle from dying.‘Yalda, a Night for Forgiveness’ (2019)
The film, by Iranian director Massoud Bakhshi revolves around a 22-year-old who accidentally kills her husband and is sentenced to death.‘Exam’ (2019)
Directed by Iran’s Sonia K. Hadad, this short film tells the story of a teenager who gets stuck in a bizarre cycle of occurrences.
