Six regional artists to catch at Dubai's 'Beat the Heat' concerts

Our pick of the best gigs from Anghami’s new indoor concert series, “Beat the Heat,” set to take place as part of Dubai Summer Surprises at the Dubai World Trade Center. 


  • Bader Al-Shuaibi

    The Saudi-Kuwaiti pop singer will perform on the Khaleeji night on July 23. Last year, he made waves with his collaborative track with K-Pop star AleXa called “Is It On.”

  • Cairokee

    On July 16, dubbed as the Alternative Rap Night, the Eqyptian band will bring their electric stage presence to perform hits such as “Ya El Midan” and “Ehna El Shaab.”

  • Bamboo

    The Veteran Filipino rocker — known for hits such as “Kailan,” “Hudas” and “Probinsyana” — will take the stage on Aug. 13. No stranger to the UAE, he also performed at Expo 2020.

  • Daffy

    Being the solo performer on Khaleeji Pop and Hip-Hop Night on Aug. 26, the Kuwaiti singer, songwriter, choreographer, and producer is a must watch.

  • Ahmed Kamel

    Taking the lead on Indie Night on Aug. 6, the Egyptian artist will bring his brand of soothing music with hits like “Maraseel,” “Le3Btek” and “Amar 14.”

  • Sharmoofers

    Egyptian reggae and pop-rock band Sharmoofers — led by vocalist Ahmed Bahaa — will perform on the final night on Aug. 27.
