BEIRUT, 15 December 2005 — Lebanese singer Ragheb Alama is currently in Dubai to launch the new model for Mercedes Benz, which has chosen Ragheb to launch their new line of cars after sponsoring his recent music video “Nasini El Dinia” (“Make Me Forget the World”).
Ragheb is scheduled to return to Dubai to welcome the New Year with a grand performance.
Ragheb’s most recent act of humanitarianism was a concert he held in Tunisia, from which the proceeds went directly to a home for the elderly in the city of Bassouseh.
The concert was a success and witnessed large crowds of people who sang right along with him. The singer also visited the home during his stay, and distributed gifts to residents.
Ragheb is well known for his work with different charities, reaching out to people through numerous concerts.
