Gulf Air, the national carrier of Bahrain, recently opened a new sales office in Hyderabad — the airline’s sixth destination in India.

The official opening ceremony was attended by Gulf Air Country Manager to India Abdul Husain Abdul Rahman and the airline’s Station Manager in Hyderabad Jabir Ali with a number of officials representing Hyderabad International Airport, and representatives from ground handling service providers and travel partners.

During the opening ceremony, Abdul Husain highlighted the importance of Hyderabad among Gulf Air’s destinations in India, adding that the opening of this new dedicated sales office is part of the airline’s ongoing expansion and business strategy in the Indian market, and its mission to provide quality customer service to enhance its competitive position in the market, which is, to date, witnessing significant growth in passenger traffic across the airline’s Indian destinations.

Gulf Air operates direct daily flights to/from the six Indian destinations of Hyderabad, Mumbai, New Delhi, Kochi, Chennai and Thiruvananthapuram.

Gulf Air flights can be booked online, by calling the airline’s 24 hour Worldwide Contact Centre, or through any Gulf Air sales office and approved travel agencies.
