Mohammed Khurshid Al-Buhmail, chairman, Arja Al-Khaleej Trading Group of Companies, performed the inauguration in the presence of Western Auto Company’s CEO Kamal A.J., Resident Director Sadakkathullah SAS, and other management and staff members.

In Dammam, in addition to the existing facilities, Western Auto’s state-of-the-art new spare parts warehouse has been established as its central distribution point to stock large inventory of OE spareparts for brands such as Ashok Leyland, CMC, FOTON and KB Autotech, and make them available throughout the Kingdom.

"As part of the first phase to enhance customer experience and strengthen brand awareness, Western Auto has invested $2 million to ensure uninterrupted supply of quality OE spare parts, throughout the Kingdom at value-based prices. Needless to say, the group always strives to provide the highest quality of services at all levels because customers' satisfaction and loyalty lead to repeated purchases,” the company stated.

Western Auto’s warehouse management system (WMS), including stock management with electronic parts catalog and satellite link to principals, enables automated order placement and availability of parts at any given time.

As the authorized dealer in Saudi Arabia for Ashok Leyland, CMC and FOTON, Western Auto says it aims to be one step ahead of customers’ expectations.
