THE GENERAL Automotive Company, Autostar, has opened its latest branch in the Hail region with an inaugural event attended by Hail Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman Khalid bin Ali Al-Seif.

Autostar GM Abdullah Abdulaziz Al-Buthi said: "The new showroom in Hail is part of our strategy to expand in all regions of the Kingdom, in order to provide customers everywhere with convenient access to Autostar sales outlets where we offer the latest auto models supported by premium sales services that include original spare parts and technologically advanced maintenance centers.” Al-Buthi added: “Thanks to the loyalty, trust and support of our customers throughout the Kingdom we now have a branch network of 23Autostar showrooms, 33 auto parts centers, nine maintenance centers and five auto accessories centers.”

Original spare parts are sourced from international companies such as GM, Isuzu, Hyundai, Toyota, Nissan, Kia, Japanese company Denzo, English company Delphi, which specializes in diesel engines for heavy usage, and AC Delco, which supplies high quality batteries with a one year warranty.

Autostar services are completely integrated and include bank facilitation processes and strong warranty support. Market research into the tastes and aspirations of Saudi Arabia's predominantly young population has led Autostar to offer a wide range of options for the youth market, as well as the latest family cars, and sports and multiple-use vehicles, with a choice of models from Nissan, Mazda, KIA Motors, Suzuki, Toyota, Peugeot, Mitsubishi, Honda and Hyundai.

Autostar operates under the umbrella of the National General Automotive Company (NAT) founded in the 1950's, which has succeeded due to the forward looking strategy that focused on the long-term needs of the Saudi market.
