LOS ANGELES: Pop star Lady Gaga is all set to co-host ‘American Top 40’ chart countdown show along with Ryan Seacrest.

The 28-year-old ‘Born This Way’ star will take calls and questions from fans as part of the promotional campaign for ‘Artpop’, reported Contactmusic.

Gaga made her debut television performance in 2008 on Logo TV’s NewNowNext Awards, performing “Just Dance.” She has won 13 MTV Video Music Awards.

Lady Gaga’s fourth studio album, ARTPOP, has sold 685,000 copies, according to Soundscan, and rose to No. 54 this week on the Billboard 200. It debuted at No. 1 in November.

Meanwhile, Lady Gaga’s Simpsons appearance was ranked as the show’s worst episode.

2012’s ‘Lisa Goes Gaga’ ranked well below any other Simpsons episode, with the closest competition coming from season nine’s musical episode ‘All Singing, All Dancing’.

Gaga’s guest appearance saw her trying to cheer up Lisa Simpson after the town of Springfield fell into a deep depression.
