
Jeddah airport’s Terminal 4 begins phased operations, adding 15m passenger capacity
- King Abdulaziz International Airport's Terminal 4 has launched phased operations, increasing annual passenger capacity by 15 million.
- The first phase began on September 27, transferring flights from Wizz Air, AJet, and SalamAir to Terminal 4, with additional carriers to follow.
- The relocation plan is designed to redistribute passenger traffic and enhance operational efficiency across the airport's facilities.
- The airport aims to accommodate over 90 million passengers annually by 2030, in line with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 and Aviation Program.
