General Motors (GM) awarded its global GM Grand Masters award to Aljomaih Automotive Company (AAC), described as the largest GM dealer in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East, as being among GM's best worldwide dealers. Aljomaih has been able to get this prestigious award after showing excellent progress on sales, customer satisfaction, car delivery, as well as distinctive levels of after-sale service and service delivery throughout its service centers Kingdomwide in 2011.
Achieving this award indicates that AAC has achieved one of the most important global awards granted by GM to its dealers around the world who achieved the highest rates of sales, services and customer satisfaction.
Ibrahim Aljomaih, CEO of AAC, received the award at a special ceremony held by GM in Paris, attended by senior executives of GM worldwide led by Tim Lee, president of GM's global operations and Swan Doshtri, VP for marketing, sales and after-sales. Ibrahim Aljomaih was accompanied by a group of senior members of the board of directors of AAC led by AAC's Operating Officer Waleed Abdullah Aljomaih.
After receiving the award, Ibrahim Aljomaih said: "We are proud to have won the Grand Masters award for the best dealer performance in 2011, and it's my pleasure to congratulate the entire AAC team for their sincere hard work to reach the highest levels of quality and enhanced the prestigious status of ACC in the region."
Lee said: "General Motors, through this award, aims to further raise the level of customer care in terms of before and after-sale services to ensure the continuity of the best quality of service in the region. Aljomaih Automotive Company has shown remarkable performance and thus deserved award."
