JEDDAH, 12 June — Air-India observed a weeklong ‘people 1st’ campaign, throughout its network in Saudi Arabia and elsewhere in the world, which ends today.
“The campaign realized its objective of being more customer friendly as well as keeping in close touch with both travel agents and passengers alike,” S.T. Norbula, Jeddah-based customer relations manager and airport manager, said.
The campaign also targeted the airline’s reservation staff to be “more passenger-friendly.” A special cell was created at all airports, with airport managers using their skills in extending the best possible passenger care.
