JEDDAH — Saudi businessman and chairman of Dallah Al-Baraka Group, Saleh Kamel, will be honored next month by Lakehurst University in Washington with an honorary doctorate.
The ceremony will be hosted by King Abdul Aziz University in Jeddah in the presence of Makkah Governor Prince Abdul Majeed.
Kamel is being awarded the honorary degree in recognition of his efforts to promote the media in the Arab world and a dialogue among the world civilizations and peoples.
He was selected by Lakehurst University from among international personalities active in different fields.
