ABHA, 9 January 2003 — A Saudi convicted of murdering his wife and mother-in-law was executed yesterday in the southwestern province of Asir, the Interior Ministry announced.
Saud ibn Jebran ibn Qalet Al-Shahrani was found guilty of killing his wife, Azlaa bint Saleh ibn Khalifa Al-Hosan, and her mother, Salha bint Dhafer ibn Saadi Al-Shahrani, after a dispute, it said in a statement carried by the Saudi Press Agency.
