ALKHARJ, 11 January 2003 — A Saudi citizen and six expatriates were injured when a gunman fired at his relative inside an Alkharj mosque after Juma prayers yesterday, according to Alkharj Governor Prince Abdul Rahman ibn Nasir. He identified the gunman as Raja ibn Ayedh Al-Arjani, who opened fire at his relative following a family dispute. The dispute centered on the relative marrying the divorced wife of the gunman. The injured were taken to King Khaled Hospital and their condition is satisfactory. Police have arrested the gunman and are investigating the incident. (SPA)
