JEDDAH, 17 January 2003 — Police here yesterday arrested two Asian expatriates on charges of forging driver’s licenses, Haj licenses, work cards and visas and selling them for a huge profit, according to Al-Madinah newspaper. One of the arrested had come to Saudi Arabia on a valid visa but then contacted a forger from an African country, that gave him a fake work visa for SR1,500.
