BEIJING, 18 January 2003 — A Saudi business delegation led by Abdul Rahman Al-Jeraisy, chairman of the Council of Saudi Chambers of Commerce and Industry, discussed here yesterday with Chinese officials the prospects of establishing a Saudi-Chinese business council. Wen Jiabao, vice premier of the Chinese State Council, met with the Saudi delegation and stressed Beijing's desire to bolster ties with Riyadh. (SPA)
