JEDDAH, 18 January 2003 — Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Suwailem, president of Saudi Red Crescent Society, said his organization will set up 116 first aid centers in Makkah, Madinah, Mina and other holy sites during the Haj season. Speaking to Al-Riyadh newspaper, he said the society will deploy 1,845 employees and 301 ambulance vans on Haj duty. The society will have 15 centers each in Makkah and Madinah, 30 in Mina and 25 in Arafat and Muzdalifa.
