RIYADH, 24 January 2003 — National Battery Company (NBC) is to sponsor Cricket Teams and Cricket events as announced by Abdul Azeem, Director Operations National Battery Company. Speaking at an impressive launching ceremony At the Riyadh Cricket League (RCA) he called upon sponsors to come forward in promoting and developing the noble game of Cricket in Saudi Arabia.
He lauded the efforts of Riyadh Cricket Association in promoting the game here in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Asif Saleem Sr. Vice President RCA, in his address reiterated all possible help to NBC in developing the game. Naji Johani Administration Manager NBC in his address assured all possible help to the team and hoped NBC will bring laurels.
Faizi Shahid Marketing Manager NBC welcomed the gathering, Nasir Ali Khan Finance Secretary RCA declared NBC team and Abdul Hafeez Khan Captain thanked NBC management for sponsoring the team.
