ASIR, 25 February 2003 — Many cell phone shop owners have complained about the rising number of cell phones being stolen by youngsters, Al-Madinah reported yesterday. They come into the shop saying that they want to show some cell phones to their wives or sisters who are waiting in a nearby car. Then they don’t come back.
