MAKKAH, 28 February 2003 — Minister of Commerce Osama Faqeeh has banned the American company M.C. Master Corrsupply for importing 20 Israeli-produced items into the Kingdom, Al-Madinah reported yesterday. The offenders were caught by the Committee for the Boycott of Israel, a branch of the ministry in the Eastern Province. Faqeeh urged companies and institutions to comply with the law and keep Israeli products out of the Saudi market. Foreign companies trying to smuggle Israeli products into the Kingdom are put on a black list.
