RIYADH, 3 March 2003 — This is a picture of an unidentified person who lost his memory as a result of a car accident. He was admitted to the Social Care Center in Riyadh six months ago in the hope that someone may identify him but to no avail. Anyone who can recognize this person is requested to notify the nearest police center.
