The importance of a regular medical check up cannot be over-emphasized. It has become part of the lifestyle of people in advanced countries.
For several years, I have been undergoing a medical checkup and routine tests at the hospital of a friend, Dr. Suleiman Faqeeh.
On a single day, I meet a number of doctors; and I undergo tests with the aid of advanced medical equipment at the same hospital every year.
In the end I leave the hospital with a report saying everything is NORMAL.
In the beginning, Dr. Suleiman himself was doing the check on me. But in the last two years, his son Dr. Mazen Suleiman Faqeeh has been caring for me.
Dr. Mazen, who is from the generation born and brought up in front of our eyes, has made new contributions to his father’s success story. We have seen Mazen ascending to new heights of excellence.
We were talking recently with a group of doctors on Jeddah, which has become a distinguished medical capital.
Jeddah achieved this pioneering position in the medical field as a result of the efforts of Saudi citizens, who have established a number of private hospitals in the city with state-of-the-art health facilities.
Dr. Suleiman Faqeeh has contributed immensely to this outstanding progress in the health sector in two ways: By establishing an advanced hospital, and by training his son to become a successful and efficient doctor.
