MOSCOW, 14 March 2003 — Saudi Arabia is ready to step up oil deliveries to world markets if war breaks out in Iraq, Petroleum and Mineral Resources Minister Ali Al-Naimi was quoted as saying here by the Interfax news agency yesterday. Saudi Arabia can currently produce up to a maximum of 10.5 million barrels a day, and in February capacity was used up to 90 percent, the minister said.
