BAHA, 1 April 2003 — The Passport Department has arrested more than 650 overstayers here. Col. Abdulkareem Al-Zahrani of the department told Eqtisadiah, a sister publication of Arab News, that a campaign to nab overstayers in Baha was in full swing.
