MonU-Tech (monu-tech.com), a Saudi-based software integrator, has announced its expansion from the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, to Riyadh and Bahrain. “Our business partnership with ACCPAC, our commitment and loyalty to our customers, and more importantly, our ability to understand the needs and the constraints of the medium-sized enterprise market helped us in tripling our revenues for last year and is a main driver behind our expansion this year,” commented Muhammad Doar, sales manager, MonU-Tech.

Three years ago the company established its partnership with ACCPAC, an international business management software provider. With its two new offices, MonU-Tech aims at getting closer to its existing ACCPAC client base and expanding into new vertical markets.

“When we first looked into the Saudi market, we had to partner with a company that understood both technology and the diversity of business needs, especially in the Kingdom,” said Marc Van der Ven, regional director, ACCPAC. “Our business partners in the Middle East have done a great job in building our client base, maintaining client contacts and assuring client satisfaction. Our partners, such as MonU-Tech, not only act as our front line with ACCPAC clients, but also provide main market feedback to ACCPAC with information that directly goes into our product development.”

According to Doar, while large businesses in the Kingdom and Bahrain are big investors in technology, the majority of businesses in both countries are medium enterprises — businesses with an annual turnover of up to $800 million. Given the size and the scale of operations within medium-sized businesses, MonU-Tech has found that there is a demand for solutions that deliver fast return on investments and, also, are strong enough to build on their efficiencies.

He explained: “We are one of the few IT companies who go to the medium-sized market with proven solutions that do not exceed customers’ needs, but rather are build toward their needs today and in the future. Fast implementations and quick positive return on investment; this is what we deliver. And while cost and productivity remain a priority for our customers, what they value even more, is the freedom of choice that ACCPAC delivers. In fact, the freedom in choosing a database, other software programs that integrate with ACCPAC, and future expansion plans of the technology platforms, are also choices that we can make as solution integrators, enabling us to provide superior consultancy to our customers.”
