JEDDAH, 3 April 2003 — Police have arrested two Africans in connection with an assault on two Gulf nationals whom they defrauded of SR5 million, Al-Madinah reported yesterday. The Africans had sold the Gulf nationals a villa in the Al-Rawdah district of Jeddah which they did not own, beat them up and stole the money.
