JEDDAH, 16 April 2003 — The Bag-ong Bicol Saro nin Jeddah will elect its new set of officers on April 25. The venue will be at the Philippine Consulate,from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., according to a press statement released by the incumbent president, Evelyn P. Santos.
