JEDDAH, 3 October 2003 — In the 7th week of the 30th Conference of the All Filipino Tenpin Bowling League organized by the Filipino Tenpin Bowlers of Jeddah (FTBJ), the SDC Kohler and the Al-Hussaini Co. (Seiko) bowling teams cornered bowling spotlights at the Jeddah Lanes Bowling Center.
A total of 33 points were posted by the SDC Kohler team keglers through Larry Santos, Boy Casio, Egay Samartino and Roger Daquioag and Nestor Casalme.
The duo of Santos and Casio toppled a separate series scratch of 603 and 582.
An overall team series handicap of 2,897 points were tallied by the SDC Kohler squad. For Al-Hussaini (Seiko) team, Eddie Tuico scored a three game series scratch of 614.
Al-Hussaini collected an overall team output of 2,826 points.
Dove Bar team garnered 37 points.
Jess Pineda scored a three game series scratch of 681.
Nonie Yap rolled a game high of 247 in the first game of action and totaled a three game series scratch of 636 to put the Saudia Wings team into the limelight to score 26 points.
Lux Progress poured 25 points through Rudy Punzalan who led by downing a series of 528.
SkyFreight Forwarders team sealed 21 points with Cris Villavelez with 565 series scratch in three matches.
