NEW YORK, 20 November 2005 — Dwyane Wade scored a season-high 32 points and finished one rebound shy of a triple-double in leading the Miami Heat to a 106-96 victory over the streaking Philadelphia 76ers in Miami on Friday.
Wade had 10 assists and nine rebounds to complete his big night as the Heat (6-3) completed a perfect 4-0 home stand while ending the Sixers six-game winning streak.
Antoine Walker added 26 points off the bench for Miami, which was without Shaquille O’Neal, who has missed the past seven games with a sprained right ankle.
In Cleveland, Zydrunas Ilgauskas scored 22 points and had 11 rebounds as the Cavaliers beat the Orlando Magic 102-84. LeBron James added 16 points for the Cavaliers.
In Indianapolis, Jermaine O’Neal scored 29 points and had 18 rebounds as the Indiana Pacers beat the Charlotte Bobcats 93-85. Austin Croshere added 15 points and had 11 rebounds for the Pacers.
In Boston, Paul Pierce scored 26 points and had 11 rebounds as the Celtics beat the winless Toronto Raptors 100-93.
In Oklahoma City, Chris Paul scored 25 points and had 12 assists as the New Orleans Hornets beat the Atlanta Hawks 95-92. Chris Anderson scored 10 points and had 18 rebounds for the Hornets. Salim Stoudamire scored 30 points and Joe Johnson added 21 points for the Hawks.
In Denver, Carmelo Anthony scored 25 points as the Nuggets beat the New York Knicks 95-86. Marcus Camby scored 20 points and had 13 rebounds for the Nuggets. Channing Frye scored 22 points and Jamal Crawford scored 17 points for the Knicks.
In Phoenix, Eddie House scored 31 points as the Suns beat the Utah Jazz 102-94. Leandro Barbosa scored 18 points for the Suns. Mehmet Okur scored 29 and Deron Williams scored 21 points for the Jazz.
In Seattle, Rashard Lewis and Ray Allen both scored 27 points as the Supersonics beat the Chicago Bulls 98-84.
In Los Angeles, Elton Brand had 23 points and 14 rebounds as the Clippers beat the Lakers 97-91. Corey Maggette added 21 points for the Clippers (7-2), who moved three games ahead of their cross-town rivals. Kobe Bryant had 36 points for the Lakers (4-5).
