More than 90,000 people visited the Saudi Telecom Co. (STC) mobile booth during the company’s participation at the recently held five-day Commtel Jeddah 2005. “STC’s mobile booth, that visited 4 main cities across the Kingdom, has proven a big success,” STC President Khaled ibn Abdullah Al-Melhem said. “Throughout the past seven months we were displaying our services and offering our assistance to exhibition visitors across the four main cities of the Kingdom. During our participation, we introduced visitors to our latest 3G service and its features that we will launch during 2006. The service attracted most of the visitors at Gitex Riyadh 05, Asir summer festival, Al Dhahran international exhibition as well,” Al Melhem added. The eye-catching, Hi-Tech Hi-Spec innovative stand was a showcase for the company’s services. The main attraction was its 21st century dome where visitors were treated to a sight and sound show.
