In cooperation with the Ministry of Education and the Mohammad Bin Rashid Establishment, 480 students recently participated in an entrepreneurship Masterclass organized by INJAZ Arabia, a member of Junior Achievement Worldwide, and sponsored by MasterCard International. Implemented in five schools across Dubai, the Masterclass seminar aimed to enhance the economic opportunities available to students. The sessions enabled participants to identify key entrepreneurial attitudes and skills, as well as understand main issues and practicalities required to start their own businesses. “At MasterCard, we believe in working together and investing in the communities in which we do business. We’re delighted and proud to be involved in building the future generation of the Arab World,” said Denzil Lawson, senior VP & GM, MasterCard International, MENA. “We hope the Masterclass will be an additional step toward creating a new generation of business-oriented youth.”
