RIYADH, 30 January 2006 — Ministry of Commerce issued a decision announcing the establishment of Northern Region Cement Company as a closed Saudi joint-stock company with a capital of SR1.2 billion divided into 24 million shares valued at SR50 per share. The founders subscribed the full capital of the company which will be based in Arar.
