JEDDAH, 25 February 2006 — A delegation of French companies specialized in airport equipment is visiting Jeddah for three days from today. During its visit, the group comprising eight companies will hold meetings with the General Authority for Civil Aviation (GACA) with the objective presenting the French technology, especially the extension of King Abdul Aziz International Airport in Jeddah, according to the French Consulate General. The team includes products and services related to escalators, walkways, gateways, chick-in, belt conveyors, carousels, airfield lighting, electrical distribution, measurement and engineering in the field of meteorology, air traffic security, navigation and communication, telecommunications, as well as architects, engineers and providers of management training.
