JEDDAH, 27 June 2007 — Seventy-five engineers attended the inaugural session of Indian Engineers’ Forum (IEF) held with the support of Indian Consul General Ausaf Sayeed here on Friday.
Sayeed called for an increased coordination between the forum and its counterparts across the GCC. IEF President Sayeeduddin explained the aims and objectives of the forum and presented its charter. The forum is a platform for forging cooperation between the Saudi and Indian communities, aside from aiming to explore and pool engineering talents, he said. Amir Khan of Castrol gave a technical presentation on lubrication technology. IEF General Secretary Syed Asimuddin was the coordinator of the session. Guna gave a talk on “Success through self-esteem.”
