JIZAN, 26 April 2007 — Two men posing as police officers in this southern city stole SR30,000 from a worker, local media reported yesterday. The men managed to convince the worker that they were officers investigating a theft. When the worker handed over his money and ID, the men fled. Jizan police responded by reiterating that people should ask policemen to provide official identification when they are stopped.
