DUBAI, 19 June 2007 — Indian classical music fans are in for a big treat this week as Dubai Summer Surprises 2007 will host two of the biggest names in classical Indian music on Thursday.
The king and queen of classical Indian music — Ustad Dilshad Khan and Begum Parween Sultana — are all set to enthrall music lovers here. Playing at the Centre Point Theater in the Mall of the Emirates for one night only, the performance is expected to attract quite a crowd.
Tshering Idnani, senior events and PR coordinator, DSS office said: “DSS is proud to be hosting these two magnificent performers as it celebrates its 10th year. We wanted to start our celebrations with a surprise to all our Asian visitors”.
