DUBAI, 25 July 2007 — Dubai’s Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) signed a partnership agreement with Emaar Properties to effectively boost the strategic relationship existing between them under a corporate system aiming at combining efforts to serve all customer categories. Such a step is bound to have significant impacts on the economic and social levels. The agreement was signed by Mattar Al-Tayer, chairman of the board and executive director of the RTA, and Ahmed Thani Al-Matrooshi, managing director of Emaar in the UAE.
