- JEDDAH: Rosewood Corniche — a flawless combination of the latest technology, spectacular design and unprecedented sophistication — is hosting Chinese New Year celebration at its Noodles restaurant from Jan.
- 23 to 30.
More than 20 unique Chinese dishes are being showcased at the Noodles restaurant aimed at bringing to the guests the flavors of the Far East as part of this "all you can eat" dinner buffet. Making up this special occasion is a special selection of chicken, beef, lamb, fish and prawn dishes, seasoned in Chinese spices and sauces. It's a "faithful homage to the original but with an international twist," all for SR160 + 15 percent per person including Chinese tea and welcome drink, the hotel boasts.
"We at the Noodles engulf guests in a world of choice that will delight the entire family," chef Daniel Echasseriau said. Set on the first floor of Rosewood Corniche with stunning views across the Red Sea, Noodles blends traditional and modern Chinese culinary traditions in a warm and friendly setting.
Noodles offers a fabulous dining experience and a rare education, where diners can choose from the chef's specials, featuring tofu and dim sum to more traditional fare accompanied by handmade noodles, all individual and freshly prepared in the dynamic show kitchen. The Kiddies Bar brings the younger ones closer to the action with chopstick classes, noodle-making lessons and the company of other kids to keep them busy, giving the parents' time to relax.
"No meal would be complete without experiencing our Chinese Tea counter where exotic, tasty and healthy teas are prepared together with unusual tea based drinks to sample after dinner," he added. Aside from Noodles, the hotel has Ginza i Chome, where chefs guide guests through a world of innovation and creative cuisine such as exquisite warm sushi and fois gras accompanied by Styria beef. Families may also prefer to dine in the beautiful interior Japanese gardens that provide a unique ambience and complete privacy.
Overlooking the Corniche and the Red Sea, Habsburg is another restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in an informal and relaxed atmosphere. The culinary specialty of Habsburg is the inviting daily buffet breakfast that was recently enriched with a live saj station, preparing the appetizing manaeesh (dough filled with cheese, thyme or labaneh). Also another feature is the weekly popular Friday brunch dedicating an entire section for kids with their favorite foods and activities.
Across is Soleil a lounge with its beautiful crafted interiors and authentic Viennese delicacies that bring the charm and style of Vienna to Jeddah. The hotel also has private dining suites, each of them exquisitely furnished and complemented with the finest imported tableware to provide a relaxing and ambient surrounding. Rosewood Conriche's international chefs personally tailor menus to accommodate guests' individual tastes.
