In addition to expanding its activities in Saudi Arabia and certain other countries, Abdul Latif Jameel Group (ALJ) has been seeking to achieve the highest satisfaction among its guests. ALJ is continuously adopting the latest techniques in the area of measuring customer satisfaction, and is applying international standards of Toyota Motor Company (TMC) in the field of guest's service.

For ALJ, 2013 was truly a special year, especially in the area of customer satisfaction. The group won several awards in after sale services in general and in customer satisfaction in particular. ALJ Saudi Arabia won the Best Guest Satisfaction 2012 through applying customer satisfaction techniques and programs in its branches Kingdomwide

In 2012, Toyota designed a program, including excellence award to the best customer satisfaction, based on several conditions and standards.

In addition to this achievement, ALJ Saudi Arabia won the Best Customer Satisfaction Award for the past three years (2010, 2011 and 2012) among other 15 TMC distributors throughout the world.

Hiroki Yokoyama, chief customer satisfaction at TMC, sent congratulations to Mohammed Abdul Latif Jameel, president of ALJ Group, in which Yokoyama appreciated ALJ’s efforts in its various departments to introduce top services to the guests.

Jameel stated that the award motivates ALJ staff to show more efforts and to improve services provided to the guests. He added that the company considers that the guest comes first.

In Japan, which is the headquarters of TMC, ALJ's Lexus branch in Japan won Lexus Excellence Award, 2012, as the best distributor of Lexus in Japan, which is presented by TMC.

In Turkey, ALJ-Toyota-Turkey won the first position in customer satisfaction in passenger vehicles, for the third year in a row.

In China, customer satisfaction marathon was organized for Toyota distributors. ALJ won the first position in customer satisfaction, out of 29 distributors in Chengdu contest, western China.
