InterContinental Alkhobar & IPA (Institute of Public Administration) are working hand-in-hand as responsible businesses to support young Saudi nationals to carve out their career path, by offering the I-Grad program for IPA students.

InterContinental Alkhobar, represented by Human Resources Manager Amir Al-Mubarak, recently held a very successful session with the IPA.

It introduced the I-Grad program at InterContinental Alkhobar to young students, who interacted well with the speaker asking questions about the program.

Some of the students were very much eager and interested in the I-Grad Program.

Thus, InterContinental shared more information in relation to IHG Academy and practical training.

I-Grad is an 18-month management trainee program where candidate learn the intricacies of running a great hotel while developing their capabilities as future leaders.

Once the candidates had assimilated the details of the program, they have the option to choose an area they like to specialize in.

IHG will put together a 26-week supervisory level program so the candidate can dive deeper into the functional area of their choice.

Finally, the candidate will get the chance to work as a leader and experience what life beyond I-Grad will be like.
