112,500 illegal expats arrested in 3 months

JEDDAH: More than 112,500 illegal expatriates were arrested in Makkah Region in the last three months.
They have been sent to deportation centers, said Col. Atti Al-Qurashi, spokesman for the Makkah police.
He said combing operations against illegal expatriates were being carried out under the supervision of Makkah police chief Maj. Gen. Abdul Aziz bin Othman Al-Suli.
The spokesman called on citizens and residents to cooperate with the security agencies in flushing out illegal expatriates.
