This is with reference to the article “The power of nightmare” (May 16) by Neil Berry. I liked the way the writer drew parallels between the approaches of Netanyahu and Cameron. We cannot, however, forget the United States, which has mastered the art of creating fear. As a matter of fact, the US is the pioneer in introducing politics of fear to the world.
At the end of the day, we should be blamed for allowing politicians to play on our irrational fears.
