I read with interest the article “Axact’s fall from grace” (June 2) by Muhammad Waqas. One cannot justify the wrongdoings of Axact but it is very obvious that a group of media giants have joined hands against the up and coming channel BOL. Those media groups had been under immense pressure to revise the salary packages of their employees. I think that the government should take some action against all media outlets that are exploiting their workers and not paying their dues on time. We were happy about the launch of BOL. It was about to change the media landscape of Pakistan. Unfortunately, that did not happen. It is indeed sad. — Yahya Ahmed, Jubail
