This is with reference to the article “Daesh trying to create divisions” (June 30) by Abdulrahman Al-Rashed. I fully agree with the views expressed by the writer. The recent terrorist attacks in the region clearly indicate that Daesh is trying to drive a wedge between and Shiites in the Gulf countries. However, this terrorist organization will never succeed in sowing the seeds of sectarian hatred in this part of the world. We all are aware of its dirty tactics and its skewed interpretation of Islam. We will never allow these elements to impose their sick ideas on us. — Rashid Khan, Riyadh
