JEDDAH: Entertainment group “AAG, the Power of Youth” is giving a tribute to Jeddah public by organizing a live concert today at 9 p.m. in the Golden Tulip Hotel, Jeddah.
In the show, Bollywood music star Mohammed Irfan will perform with local artists to entertain music lovers.
Irfan recently won the Star Plus reality show “Jo Jeeta Wohi Superstar”. He has lent his voice to hit numbers of Bollywood.
Jawad Siddiqui, leader of AAG group, told Arab News the main aim of the event is to entertain the public in Jeddah and to give a tribute to a Saudi journalist.
“After previous successful shows, I wanted to come true of the expectations of my audience. I wanted to do something more practical and purposeful. Irfan has become a popular Bollywood celebrity after winning the Star Plus reality show,” said Siddiqui.
Danish (KDS), in charge of AAG group, said they give good talents a chance in the AAG platform, “We try our best to overcome our mistakes. AAG is known for the quality shows, and we will try our best to keep our level up.
I try my best to focus on the rules I have learned in classical music from my mentor when selecting the singers and songs that suit them to perform in the show. I am happy that we succeeded to win the trust and love of our audience and that they have recognized us as a professional team,” he said.
The other singers of the program will be Jawad Siddiqui, Salman Saleem, Mujtuba Butt, Ali Malik and Farhaj, who will entertain the audience with Indian film songs.
