JAKARTA: The wreckage of a small plane that went missing in Indonesia last week has been found, with all four people on board dead, a rescue official said Monday.
The Piper PA-31 Navajo crashed Friday in the jungle of East Kalimantan province while on a flight to survey a coal mining site, said Gagah Prakoso, a spokesman for the National Search and Rescue Agency.
Rescuers managed to reach the scene on Sunday evening, he was quoted as saying by DPA.
