SR 2 m Mobily boost for heritage festival

Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) is providing SR 2 million to support the National Festival for Heritage and Culture (Janadriyah 28).
This support comes as Mobily believes in the importance of promoting such culture and national heritage events, which is under auspices of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah, along with the need to integrate the roles between the private and government sectors.
Abdulaziz bin Saleh Alsughayir, Mobily’s chairman of the board of directors, said: "We are proud to support this festival as it represents a great importance of our national culture, and develops the sense of belonging in the new generations."
He said the Saudi culture is rich as it is a source of self-esteem.
Janadriyah festival enjoys great interests for the cultural activities that take place on this day beside the other activities aiming at exchanging cultures.
Mobily’s support to Janadriyah 28 comes to reflect the company’s role in supporting such national events, whereas King Abdullah honored Mobily for taking part in Janadriyah 27 last year emphasizing the national role played by the company in the national cultural and Saudi society.
