Newly appointed ambassadors take oaths

Newly appointed ambassadors to several countries have taken their oaths of office before Foreign Minister Prince Saud Al-Fasial on behalf of  Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah.
Prince Saud conveyed to the Saudi envoys the directives of the king to discharge their tasks with total sincerity and trust in the service of the religion, king and the nation in addition to protecting the interests of the Saudi citizens abroad.
They should also strive to the fulfill the needs of each citizen. The king also wished the ambassadors success in their new job.
The prince instructed them to fulfill the trust put on them in the best manner and to be the ideal representatives of the Kingdom abroad, the Saudi Press Agency reported yesterday.
The newly appointed ambassadors were Adel Merdad to Turkey, Abdullah Al-Ayfan to Qatar, Nabeel Al-Saleh to Australia, Muhammad Al-Meshar to Cameroon, Saud Al-Thubaiti to Ivory Coast, Fouad Rajih to Nigeria, Abdul Nasser Al-Harithi to Nepal, Naif Al-Aboud to Finland, Misfar Al-Ghasib to Afghanistan, Mansour Al-Safi to Portugal, Abdullah Al-Madi to South Africa, Musaed Al-Saleem to Azerbaijan, Abdul Rahman Al-Jama to Kyrgyzstan and Faisal Al-Mendil to Chad.
