The Khak-e-Taiba Trust (Jeddah Center) has recently been enlarged and revamped through the inclusion of new members, according to Aijaz Ahmed Khan, president of KTT.
Syed Khaja Viqaruddin, executive general secretary, said that an elocution competition among students of Jeddah schools will be organized in the June. KTT patron Shameem Kausar announced the names of the new office-bearers.
They are: Mohammed Abbas Khan, vice president, Mir Arif Ali, director for strategic planning, Mirza Qudrath Nawaz Baig, additional general secretary, and Obaid Ahmed Bajhao, finance secretary.
Syed Abdul Quadeer Khalid, Razzaq Mohiuddin, Sayeed Haroon, Farooq Ahmed, Abdul Razzaq and Syed Shujauddin are joint secretaries for administration, computer center, publicity, logistics, finance, programs and events respectively.
A four-member youth wing panel under the supervision of Syed Muzakkir Bukhari as president, Mohammad Khaja Muzaffaruddin, vice president, Azmath Ali Emran, general secretary, and Mohammed Maqdoom, joint secretary, was also announced.
A seven-member advisory board was restructured with Aleem Khan Falaki as adviser on Islamic and education affairs, Mohammad Saeeduddin, placement-cell, Siadath Ali Khan, personality development, Badaruddin Ansari, legal affairs, Hassan Bayazeed, public relations, Ahmed Abdul Hakeem, computer center, and Mahtab Qadr, poetry and literary events.
