Excllence award for Kerala Institute of Medical Sciences

Kerala Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS), a leading tertiary care hospital initialized by KIMS Healthcare Management Limited, has received the Golden Peacock Business Excellence Award for 2013.
The award was presented during the two-day Dubai Global Convention on Business Excellence at Burj Al-Arab, Dubai by Dr. M. I. Sahahdulla, chairman of KIMS Group.
He received the award from Sayyad Abdal Kader Sayed — Hossen, Mauritius Minister of Industry, Commerce and Consumer Protection.
The award, initiated by the IOD in 1991, recognizes public, private, government, manufacturing and service sectors that stand out for their best practices and CSR.
KIMS is the maiden entity chosen from Kerala for the IOD’s Golden Peacock Award.
KIMS also runs a well-equipped multi-disciplinary super specialty hospital in Trivandrum, Kerala.
Institute of Directors (IOD), established in 1903 is the UK’s longest running body organized for professional leaders dedicated to supporting its 38,000 members encouraging interpersonal activity and promoting responsible business practices for the benefit of the business community and society as a whole.
